CUVEE BRUT ROSE

A delicate rosé wine from Valter Bosio, combining the freshness of Chardonnay (90%) with the finesse of Pinot Nero (10%).
Sourced from the vineyards of Santo Stefano Belbo, in the heart of Piemonte, where the limestone soil and mild microclimate produce wines with elegant aromatic character.
On the nose, it reveals notes of almond blossom, white peach, and ripe apple, with a subtle hint of freshly cut flowers.
On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and silky, with gentle sweetness (8 g/L residual sugar) and an exceptionally clean finish.
