Tasting Notes

To the eye: the shock of the sabrage causes a more generous effervescence with very fine bubbles accompanied by elegant and complex aromas.

On the nose: discreetly floral, the nose opens up to peach and apricot with dried fruit aromas.

On the palate: citrus and yellow fruits extend into a creamy, round mouth. A wine at its peak, very patinated and reserved for lovers of excellent champagne.
