Grapes: Glera 100%. Obtained from Glera grapes from the Asolo hills. Pale straw yellow color, very fine-grained perlage, delicate bouquet with pleasant notes of exotic fruit, apple and pear. Balanced savory, intense and persistent taste. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with appetizers and fish dishes in general.
