CUVEE BRUT ROSE
Bosio's Brut Cuvée is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes planted in Verduno at a height of 350ml grown on clayey limestone soil with the Guyot process. Vinification takes place without the skin of the grapes and follows a fermentation period of 15 days in steel tanks and 1 month in an autoclave, of which 36 hours at a low temperature. refining on its lees lasts 4 months. This rosé has a pale pink color. The nose opens with soft notes of fruit and flowers, aromas that are repeated in the mouth.
